Rachel Buschert

A native of Virginia Beach, Rachel Buschert Vaziralli moved to NYC as a dance student at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. Graduating with a BFA she danced professionally while beginning a career in fitness. Her background in dance set the foundation for her skills teaching yoga and pilates. She then fell in love with the musicality and athleticism of indoor cycling which soon transferred to a love for road racing, winning her age group in the NYC Biathlon in 2009 & placing 2nd Overall in the Prospect Park Duathlon in 2011. Currently she teaches a wide variety of classes at Equinox NYC. Rachel is a Schwinn master trainer, traveling nationally to certify instructors in the Schwinn indoor cycling program. She is currently working on her masters in exercise science and cardiac rehabilitation.


Gregg Cook

Gregg Cook, author of two fitness books, “Body Bar: 133 Moves for Full-Body Fitness”, and “The Gym Survival Guide: Your Road Map to Fearless Fitness” is one of the most sought after instructors in NYC. In the business for over a decade he also works Schwinn as one of their Master Trainers and Equinox as one of their top instructors and educators.




Amy Dixon

Amy Dixon is one of the most dynamic fitness instructors and celebrity Master Trainers in the industry today.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise physiology as well as many other fitness certifications.  Amy is a contributing editor for numerous fitness and lifestyle magazines, the Group Fitness Manager for Equinox Fitness Clubs in Santa Monica, a member of the Gatorade G-Series Fit team, as well as a Master Trainer for Schwinn Cycling and BOSU.  Amy is also the star and creator of many award winning fitness DVD’s and online fitness programs.



Jeff Galloway

Jeff Galloway is an American Olympian and the author of Galloway’s Book on Running.

A lifetime runner, Galloway was an All-American collegiate athlete and a member of the 1972 US Olympic Team in the 10,000 meters. He remains a competitive athlete, continuing through a successful masters running career. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Galloway Productions, which conducts a broad range of training programs and events yearly; he also owns two running specialty stores. He has written several books on training and writes a monthly column for Runner’s World magazine.


Kristen James

Kristen James is the CEO & Founder of Kristen James Fitness, LLC, a company that’s focused on the client’s physical, mental, and overall wellness.

She is the creator of CYCLEology, her signature cycling class where clients learn how to achieve maximum benefits through executing scientifically proven training principles and techniques. A master teacher in the field of fitness and wellness, she has transformed, motivated and inspired thousands over the past 20 years with her results oriented training approach.

Kristen’s frequently appears on television as a fitness & wellness expert. She’s appeared on various networks including ABC, CBS, FOX 5, News 12 Long Island and more. Her insights and expertise have been featured in Shape Magazine, Girl’s Life Magazine, Better Homes & Garden, Fitness Magazine, The New York Observer, and Woman’s World.

She is member and certified by the American College of Sports Medicine, Schwinn Cycling as well as The Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. Kristen holds a Master’s Degree from Hofstra University in Physical Education with a concentration in Health and Wellness and has an undergraduate degree in Psychology.



Paul Katami

Successful fitness TV fitness expert and top trainer, Paul Katami, began his professional fitness career at age 19 after making life-changing decisions about diet and exercise that transformed his body from an obese teen to a lean health expert. Since then Paul has strived to become a fitness expert that can share the benefits of a healthy lifestyle by teaching the most up to date, exciting, and effective classes, personal training, and quick and easy healthy living tips. Paul has brought his branded Katami techniques to some of Hollywood’s hottest gyms including Crunch and now as Group Fitness Director of LA’s premier workout club, Equinox Fitness in West Hollywood.

The Katamibar was introduced in November 2002 to great success and is now used in Katami classes and weekly Katami Sculpt classes. Presently, he is the Group Fitness Director for Equinox Fitness West Hollywood.


Jessica Smith

A certified wellness coach and fitness lifestyle expert, Jessica coaches clients, health professionals and wellness related companies, helping them to “find the fitness within.”

With over 10 years of experience in the industry, Jessica has starred in numerous best-selling DVDs. She has been a featured trainer for Exercise TV and Seventeen Magazine, and is the creator of the 10 Pounds DOWN DVD Series and co-creator of the Yin Yang Fusion Workout method. The co-author (with esteemed health and fitness writer Liz Neporent) of Thin in 10 (Sunrise River Press, 2012), Jessica is a regular content contributor for,, Redbook and has been a featured expert online, on TV and in numerous publications such as Shape, SELF, Fitness, Cosmopolitan, Glamour and The Wall Street Journal. With a BA in Communications from Fordham University, Jessica holds certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine, the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America the International Sports and Conditioning Association, Powerhouse Pilates (in both mat & reformer method), Martial Fusion and Johnny G’s SPINNING™ Program.

Currently, Jessica teaches for The Sports Club/LA, EQUINOX and Canyon Ranch in Miami Beach.



Stephanie Vitorino

Stephanie Vitorino is one of LA’s hottest fitness trainers. Known for her passion and intensity, Stephanie brings a spark of originality to her dynamic classes and best selling fitness DVD’s. SHAPE Magazine chose “Body Target 60” as DVD of the month. Currently she is the Group Fitness Manager for Equinox Sports Club in West LA, California, Top Trainer for Exercise TV and fitness expert for major networks including ABC, NBC and FOX, as well as an ambassador for Lululemon Athletica.
